In the aftermath of the COVID-19 crisis, renewables have emerged as a promising solution to tackle two challenges simultaneously—the economic recovery, and the climate emergency. Through the examples of Argentina, Indonesia and Kenya, this report explores how national and local governments have come together to meet these twin challenges, and what lessons are in it for others.
